This year we have several students in the dorm who are musically proficient.   In the communal environment of the dorm, there is not a lot that isn’t heard by others.  Doors close, toilets flush, voices carry, and music floats through the hallways.  For the past month we have heard Wisly learning acoustic guitar.  We can often find Gillbert tickling the ivory keys of the old piano in the gathering room.  Mr. Marasco coordinated the two of them to work on a song together.

The community is always excited to hear special music from LCHS students.  This Sunday the three of them played special music at the EMB church of Lustre.  They sang and played Chris Tomlin‘s song, Forever.  These boys gave a fabulous performance that was worshipful.
