Financial Agreement Form for US Citizens
All fees are due and payable at the beginning of the pay period option of your choice or as indicated. The costs are kept as low as possible to be consistent with responsible operations. The tuition payment covers only a portion of your student's education. If financial assistance is needed, please make the necessary arrangements locally prior to your student's admission. Please notify the school at your earliest convenience of your financial arrangements. Payments not received as per chosen option or as indicated will be charged an additional $50 per month penalty. The tuition and room & board costs at LCHS for one academic year are as follows:

A $250 room deposit is required at the beginning of the year. This is refundable at the end of the school year if the room is left in good condition. Any difference withheld for damages is required before the beginning of the next school year for returning students.

Transcripts: Grades will be entered on Official Transcript upon completion of the semester and receipt of full payment.
Tuition Includes: Books, Admission to Student Activities (Music, Athletic, Drama at LCHS only) LCHS does not supply stamps, envelopes, pencils, pens, notebooks, paper, flash drives, etc. to individual students.

Room & Board: LCHS Dorm committee will provide approved applicant with items necessary for the Dorm upon approval. Travel arrangements are the Applicants responsibility. All travel arrangements are to be provided to the Dorm Committee upon acceptance to LCHS.

Tuition includes: books and admission to student activities (Music, Athletic, Drama at LCHS only). LCHS does not supply stamps, envelopes, pencils, pens, notebooks, paper, flash drives, etc., to individual students. Students must provide their own school supplies and personal items.

LCHS requires health insurance for all international students. LCHS purchases this form of traveler’s health insurance policy in the student’s name. All medical bills for the student shall be paid by the students’ parents. All necessary information shall be provided to LCHS.

Upon approval of I-20 at consulate in home county, applicant shall inform LCHS of the approval. LCHS may charge a fee of $1,000 for services rendered. This fee will apply to the applicant's tuition upon arrival at LCHS.
