Schmeckfest 2026
March 27 @ 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Schmeckfest
Schmeckfest is a cherished LCHS tradition — a celebration of faith, fellowship, and incredible food.
Each year, families, alumni, and community members gather to enjoy a homemade meal, connect with friends,
and support Lustre Christian High School.
What is Schmeckfest?
The name “Schmeckfest” comes from a German word meaning “tasting festival,” and that’s exactly what it is —
a delicious, home-style meal prepared and served by our school families and volunteers.
From savory favorites to freshly baked goods, Schmeckfest is more than just dinner — it’s an experience rooted
in tradition, hospitality, and community.
More Than a Meal
Schmeckfest is one of the primary fundraising events for LCHS. Proceeds help support student programs,
tuition assistance, classroom needs, and the ongoing mission of Christ-centered education.
When you attend Schmeckfest, you’re not just enjoying a meal — you’re investing in students and helping
sustain Christian education for the next generation.
Join Us
We invite you to bring your family, invite your friends, and be part of this meaningful tradition.
Whether you’ve attended for years or are joining us for the first time, there’s always a seat at the table.
Come hungry. Leave encouraged.
